In Venice, Louisiana tax season is during winter. Big fish on the shelf means we need to catch these big tuna in less than 10 minutes. Honestly, five minutes is ideal. Usually, we hook our fish in around 2 to 500 feet of water and unfortunately for us, that is probably the Sharkiest water there is here in the gulf.
